3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing

This training aims to introduce students to additive manufacturing in Industry 4.0. For this purpose, a theoretical introduction is provided to two of the most widely used 3D printing technologies for polymeric materials in today’s industry, FDM and SLS technologies. The theoretical introduction is also complemented by practical 3D printing with the two technologies mentioned above.

‘Sensor Box’ station: Integration of the UR robot, AV camera and MIR mobile robot

This course focuses on working with the components of the ‘Sensor Box’ station, including the collaborative UR robot, the mobile MIR robot and the AV vision system. Participants will learn how to operate, programme and integrate these technologies in industrial robotics environments.
