Mechatronics

Mechatronics is a combination of mechanics and electronics. These two technical fields are merged to study everyday technical equipment that integrates electrical and mechanical functions. The subject of mechatronics addresses the interaction between different technical fields within products and processes. The subject can be divided into two parts – product mechatronics and process mechatronics. Product mechatronics deals with the construction of products, while process mechatronics deals with the construction of the processes that build these products.
